What is Integrative Counselling?
Integrative counselling is a flexible and holistic approach to therapy that combines techniques and theories from different counselling models. Rather than relying on a single method, integrative counselling draws on various therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs and preferences. The aim is to create a tailored, responsive form of therapy that considers the whole person – your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships. This approach recognises that no single theory has all the answers, and that each person is unique, with their own history, personality, and circumstances.
