What happens in a counselling session:

You can share as much or as little as you're comfortable with​​. I may ask questions to find out more or to explore a thought or emotion, but it will not be an interrogation. I will utilise the tools and approaches that I think will be of the most benefit to you, and that you are comfortable with. We will talk openly and discuss what is your main concern. I may teach you different ideas or coping strategies that will help you between sessions and in the long-term. All sessions are individualised to you and your needs, so with me, there is not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Individual counselling costs £55 per session; relationship counselling costs £75 per session.  Discounts and concessions are available- please contact me to discuss.
